Yorkshire claim 2014 County Championship title

Yorkshire claimed their first County Championship crown in 13 years, and only their second in 44 years, as they beat Nottinghamshire by an innings and 152 runs at Trent Bridge.

Andrew Gale signs new contract with Yorkshire

Andrew Gale has signed a one-year contract extension with Yorkshire County Cricket Club that keeps him at Headingley until December 2016 with an option of a further year for the club’s skipper.

Brooks and Plunkett awarded Yorkshire County Caps
