Graeme Welch appointed to start Derbyshire’s new era

Graeme Welch has been appointed Elite Cricket Performance Director of Derbyshire County Cricket Club on a three-year-contract. The 41-year-old has left his post as Assistant Coach/Bowling Coach at Warwickshire and has been installed at the head of Derbyshire’s new Elite Cricket Performance structure.
